[28 August 2018] Randomly clicking around on the internet I found out that George Soros donated USD 18 billion and kept only USD 8 billion for himself. All his donations have been channeled through Open Society Foundations as per his Wikipedia page.
Since he has been described by some Western Right Wingers as the devil himself, I decided to see if any of his money made its way to India. I expected some Indian Lefties to be getting in on the action, and I was not disappointed, but what blew me away is how openly he has not only been funding out-and-out Breaking India Front, but also Evangelicals.
Organizations which received funds from Open Society Foundations via FCRA:2007-2014
I'll just pick two out of the long list. Not because the rest aren't guilty, but these two are blatant anti Hindu/India forums.
And this is just from under an hour of clicking around in the wild, and wild goose google chases. There's truckloads more if you start clicking around on related links other than the ones explored above.
The OSF was put on a "watchlist" in 2016 along with two other snake charmers: National Endowment for Democracy which has been called CIA's Trojan Horse, and the World Movement for Democracy, a spin off from NED. I can't, for the life of me, figure out what exactly WMD (eh? see what they did there?) does in real life, but the govt, when putting these three on the watchlist, said:
Maybe I'll add more later. No energy left after a long Monday. Gunnite
Edit: grammer and some words.
Edit: The Regional Director for Asia Pacific of OSF is Binaifar Nowrojee. As per her resume updated as of 2004 (pdf), she was born in Rwanda and got her education exclusively from USA (Bryn Mawr, Columbia, Harvard Law). How can a person who have never had anything to do with Asia, let alone India, save perhaps Parsi ancestors, be made Director of billions worth of funds for the region? Skin In The Game, anyone?

- Lawyer's Collective: headed by Indira Jaising (need I say more?), not only has this org been at the forefront of providing legal cover and crossfire to Congress misdeeds, it also recently started a publication The Leaflet to bolster legal hitjobs on pro Hindu elements of press, politics, and movements. Check out their shit tier front page.
- Evangelical Trust Association of North India: Their website looks small, but their network is HUGE. They in turn run two major snake layers: The Christian Legal Association (check out the number of people in this staff pic) which has local networks and chapters in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Pune, Ahemadnagar, Thane, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Kolkata, Guwhati, Dimapur, Aizawl, Kohima, Allahabad, Jabalpur, Indore, Baroda, Ahemdabad, Ajmer, Amritsar, Jammu and Delhi. The second one is the Evangelical Financial Accountability Council, which, from the looks of it, gives accounting and financing help to associated organizations. The dude heading it is also associated with EED (Protestant Development Service), a German support network for Protestant churches in Asia, and much much more.

Officials said the three US-based NGOs were put under the scanner after security agencies raised “some serious concerns”. A senior official said while details of the security agency report were confidential, the broad concern was that these NGOs were active participants in “protests and rallies of anti-national nature”.Well, shiyt.
